October Favorites

I have a video of my October Favorites and it was my first time making this type of video. It took me awhile to have the courage to talk in front of camera and I finally did it! You can watch the video below. I will be making more videos from now on, so you can subscribe to my YouTube channel for more favorites video, product reviews. hauls, etc.

I have also listed all the products mentioned in this blog post along with a brief review. I have already reviewed some of them:

This is 100% pure & natural tamanu oil. It's very moisturizing. I personally love using face oils but they usually break me out. However, I didn't experience any breakouts with this one. In fact, I noticed it started healing my acne scars in less than a month.

    Kat Von D Tattoo Liner
    Color: Trooper - Ink Black

I really like this liquid liner! It has a precise tip, so you can easily create a thin line or make it thicker. However, I do prefer using gel liner for thicker line. This is great for everyday. I've been using this a lot lately! It's semi-matte, so it's not too shiny.

    Anastasia Beverly Hills Tamanna Palette
I love this palette. You can easily create daytime and nighttime looks with it. It comes with 10 beautiful shades (see swatches below). Some of the colors are more pigmented than others. I like spraying MAC Fix+ or water on some of the shades that aren't too pigmented.

    Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit

I've been using this Contour Kit a lot! It's so easy to use and I love how you have pretty much everything you need to contour/highlight. I feel like this will complement all skin tones except if you're too light or dark. I've seen it look beautiful on people with deeper skin tones than mine or lighter than me.

    Sigma 3DHD Kabuki

This was one of my first Sigma brushes that I got and I must say I'm in love with this 3D Kabuki brush! I had a Shiseido Foundation brush and I didn't like it too much because it would give me a streaky application, so I had to blend it in afterwards with beautyblender. However, this brush gives me a flawless application. I'm so happy I got this. I love how it feels on my skin! It's so soft.

    Sigma 3DHD Precision

I mainly use this to conceal/highlight but I would prefer using a beautyblender instead because it's must faster. I would rather use this to blend in the areas that are hard to reach and then go ahead and blend the rest with beautyblender. I don't regret buying this but this isn't a must-have brush for me.

During fall/winter, my lips tend to be more dry and I feel like this really helps keeping them moisturized. I've been applying it almost every night during month of October. It's so moisturizing!

        MAC Lipsticks: Rebel & Twig
        Satin Finish

        Rebel
Rebel is such a beautiful color for fall. It looks very dark but once you apply it on your lips, it's not too bad. It's quite sheer but you can build up the color to make it dark. It does stain the lips, so depending on what you prefer, this could be a good or bad thing.

I feel like Twig is a perfect nude for my skin tone. This is a great everyday lipstick!

          Maybelline Color Sensational Lipcolor
          Shade: 630 - Red Revolution
I originally wanted to try Maybelline matte lipstick but couldn't find it, so I got this instead. It's very moisturizing. I love how it feels on my lips! Also, I love this color! I rarely buy drugstore lipsticks because I don't like the smell but this one surprisingly didn't.
