This is a cream liner that comes in a squeezable tube. It retails for $24 USD ($29 CAD) and contains 6 g (0.21 oz) of product.

It features a tapered tip and flat blending stage, which is inspired by artist palette. It's used to pick up the right amount of product.

It also comes with a sketcher-angled bamboo brush.

I really like the brush! I found it harder to create a fine line with it but I usually use a q-tip to make it thin or I use an angled liner brush to wing it out.

Review

I love the concept of this liner! I think it will work for a lot of people. It's very easy to work with but it does dry up fast, so you have to work fast. If you do decide to go over it after, it doesn't become flakey or anything. It can be hard to remove, so make sure you use a waterproof makeup remover or oil.
Pros
- Matte
- Waterproof
- Smooth & Creamy
- Easy to Apply
- Not flakey
- Long wearing
- It doesn't last on my waterline but personally it's rare any liners do on my eyes, so I normally set with black eyeshadow.
- It's waterproof but not oil-proof, so if you have oily lids, this liner will not last. Try setting it with a black eyeshadow if that's the case.
- Comes with a good quality brush
- Great concept: Most liners in jars dry out fast, so this solves that problem.
- Not messy: Once you're done using it, all you have to do is wipe off the blending stage and it's ready to be used for next time.

Tarte liner vs Other liners
I decided to swatch it on my hand along with 2 other liners:
CLINIQUE Brush-On Cream Liner True Black 0.17 oz
Benefit Cosmetics They're Real! Push-Up Liner 0.04 oz

None of the liners came off when I put my hand under running water, so they're all waterproof.
