If you don't know anyone who works at Sephora, then you can try finding someone on Makeupsocial, Twitter or Instagram. I personally find it's easier to find someone on Makeupsocial because some employees are willing to share their code and you simply need to give them your email. Just search for "sephora employee appreciation" and you will find a couple of posts there.
