Each foundation retails for $45 CAD ($35 USD) and contains 1.08oz (32 mL) of product. It's available in 50 shades. Click here to check out my shade reference post of the first 40 shades launched.
As for packaging, Hydrating version comes in a tube, whereas the Soft Matte one comes in a glass bottle. I'm glad theres's a pump for each one.
Aside from packaging, what also differs is the formula. Although they're both claimed to be longwearing foundations, they don't have the same coverage or finish.
Hydrating
Finish: Natural
Coverage: Medium
Skin Type: Normal to dry skin
Soft Matte
Finish: Matte
Coverage: Medium to Full

Here's a photo with flash with foundation only as face makeup. The Hydrating one doesn't cover as well as Soft Matte foundation.
